We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove your personal profile data within 30 days. Financial transaction records (contributions, loans, fines) may be retained in anonymised form for group accounting integrity and legal compliance. Automated backups containing your data are overwritten within 90 days of deletion.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage and cookies to maintain your authentication session and store your preferences (such as dark mode). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Automated Backups

We perform automated daily backups of group financial data to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery. Backups are encrypted at rest and access is restricted to authorised system administrators. Backup data is retained for a rolling 90-day period.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
